Perfect Teacher Gifts

I've ordered teacher gifts multiple times from Baudville, and every time has been an excellent experience. This time, I even had some items that were backordered, and they changed them out for me without any problems at all. I'm so glad I discovered this company.

The bag came in wrinkled

I have always been very happy with your products and I still am. My last order came in a timely manner, but the products came damaged. In the first order 2 of the 3 trophies were broken. A replacement order came and the 2 replacement trophies were broken. The next replacement order came and 1 of the 2 trophies was broken. The broken one will be replaced. I am sure in a timely manner. I appreciate your replacing the trophies and everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful (Tiffany Zander, Keri Rodgers, the last lady whose name I cannot remember). I have no complaints with the product, I just think the shipping packaging needs to be reevaluated or you will need to use a sturdier glue on the trophy.

This is the second time I have ordered…

This is the second time I have ordered trophies from Baudville. This is the second time my logo was not on them. Thankfully, I caught it on the proof this time so I was able to get it fixed BEFORE shipping. And this is after I spoke with someone and they told me to just put "Use Logo from before" in the comment box. I did AND uploaded it again, just in case. Then when it went back to the design team, they switched out one of the messages so I had to send it back again to have it corrected. A lot of hassle for 2 trophies...

Waste of money , extremely disappointed!!!!

Based on the previous reviews , I ordered 20 of these as a return gift for my baby shower - the 'thanks a bunch' cube. It was complete waste of money!!!
I tried couple of the cubes and was extremely disappointed to see that the flowers never grew or bloomed, I followed directions and it didn't work , there were some green plants that grew for a day or two and then nothing happened and then they died and had to throw the couple of cubes away! I don't know how my friends would have felt when the thanks a bunch cube was just left with a cube and no flowers!
Extremely disappointed and feel bad for wasting money on this! Could have invested in different set of return gift instead
Please let me know how I can share the pictures here , Baudville I definitely want my money back! Totally not worth it!

Out of stock items.

Out of stock items. Also. One of the items I ordered had a crease in it. Unacceptable.
